Legislative Issues
The Pennsylvania Towing Association finds strength in numbers. At our meetings we regularly discuss legistlative votes and upcoming hearings that affect how you operate as a tower in Pennsylvania. Our focus is to improve business conditions for our industry.
We're fighting the same battles we've been fighting for years - overweight vehicle laws, pricing structure, hours of service, State Police towing and more. Because these problems continue to challenge our individual businesses, we need to grow our association to strengthen our voice. The larger and stronger our trade group, the greater likelyhood that relevant authorities will listen to us.
It is within their power to help us, hurt us, or ignore us. The stronger our voice and the greater our activity and involvement the better chance we have to make a difference for our industry.
